  HORRIBLE!!! I have never in my life written a bad review for a company, but I feel compelled. They charged me twice for a trip charge even though they couldn't diagnose the problem and never fixed anything. Terrible customer service. Derek, the owner would not return a phone call, and Christine, the scheduler, is very rude and unprofessional. Look elsewhere...Jim Russell Plumbing has TERRIBLE customer service.
